Timeline

• Day 1 – Order received and scheduled for crafting.

• Days 2–7 – Artisans handcraft your pair with care and finish by hand.

• Day 7–8 – Dispatch from our California warehouse with tracking.

• 3–6 business days – Estimated delivery time after dispatch within the U.S.
  (Please allow extra time during peak sales or holidays.)

Exchanges & Returns

• Exchanges: Size exchanges are free. Once we receive your pair back, the replacement ships at no cost.

• Returns: Accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Customers cover return shipping.

• Refunds: 100% back to your original payment method, or 100% store credit (no expiry). Processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
